Three basic steps to your new life

The three basic things for the foundation of good health that need to be in place before you go on the adventure of having a better shape and more energy are:

1 You need to drink at least two litres of water a day (every day) your body uses 1.7litres to survive, if you don’t drink it your body will find it and that normally means from the skin that leaves you looking wrinkled up and old before your lime! So if you want to look old don’t drink water!

2 Have at least seven hours sleep at night, it’s when your batteries charge up and your skin exfoliates so avoid nodding donkey syndrome get some quality rest.

3 Do more exercise than you did yesterday, we are not talking about the marathon on day one, it may be changing TV without the remote but do something and something more tomorrow?

Get these in place then we will be ready to get the healthy plan in action!!!!!!!

I hear all the time about people that go on crash diets and claim that they get great results in a quick time.

Then we see them, often they look gaunt, are tired often irritable and of course fed up with being hungry!

Just an observation, if a prisoner in jail goes on hunger strike they tend to become very thin, it’s called starvation!!

My point is simple, not feeding you body good nutrition throughout the day will result in weight loss, tiredness this is caused as your muscle tissue is being used as fuel.

I retail and support people with products that are a dietary change, its feeding the body more than it has been since you were a baby, it gives the signals to the brain to rebuild your body to produce good muscle tissue and to give energy.

Don’t torture your body trying to get a better shape through starvation, feed your body total nutrition, eat five times a day so you look and feel great.

I’m often told by people that I’m attempting to help get into better shape and have more energy that I have it all wrong! Yes, I just don’t get it; they tell me that they have to have a carbohydrate free diet in order to get fit and slim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You see I advice balance and feeding the body five times a day, having at least one Herbalife shake a day and he multi vitamins three times a day and drink at least two litres of water a day.

The intake of Carbohydrates is so important for good health, we are talking complex carbohydrates now, that are full calories, not empty calories like you find in the refined flour and sugar carbohydrates.

So do we need carbohydrates? Well Yes we do!

Carbohydrates spare the protein so that the protein can concentrate on building, repairing and maintaining body tissue instead of being used as an energy source.

Carbohydrates are necessary for fat to metabolize properly to prevent large amounts of fat being used causing an imbalance and an acidic body and ketosis’s

Carbohydrate is necessary for the regulation of nerve tissue and is the ONLY source of energy for the brain.

Certain types of carbohydrate encourage the growth of healthy bacteria in the digestion system.

Some types of carbohydrate are high in fibre which helps lower the risk of diabetes, constipation, heart disease and some types of cancer.
